HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

When You are Placing a new Local Student  client

1.You Place the Client using the CRM

​

2. The system will send a notification to Head Office and to the Local Student Department

​

3.Email Support will also send a notification to the Venturer's Email

​

4. Call Center Agent will call the Client for further Details and will schedule an appointment

When You are Placing a new International Student  client

1.You Place the Client using the CRM

​

2. The system will send a notification to Head Office and to the International Student Department

​

3.Email Support will also send a notification to the Venturer's Email

​

4. IS department will Assess the Eligibility of the Applicant 

​

5. With in 24-48 hours the Client will receive the Result

​

6.IS department will update the Client record that will reflect in the Client record flowchart

​

7. Every time the IS department updates the student's information inside the CRM Portal the Venturer will receive an Email Notification.
